Thank you for your application to join our Charity.

  1. Processing your membership application

Membership applications are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt and you should receive your membership card and information pack within 7 working days.

  1. Cancelling your membership before use

You have the right to cancel your membership application at any time prior to using our services.

Please contact us on 0845 130 1875 or email info@socialaccess.org.uk for a refund.  Once we have received notification of your cancellation we will refund all monies paid.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

  1. Cancelling your membership application after use

You have the right to cancel your membership, however no refund is due if you have used any of our transport services.

  1. Payment methods

We accept £GBP only and our payment methods are Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.
